- Gate Openers: Contact Jim Smith
- Electrical Service: Provided by Otero County Electric Coop in Cloudcroft
- Telephone & Internet: PVT (offices are next to CCE front gate)
- Mail Service: Mayhill US Post Office — to get mailbox keys
- Trash Dumpsters: Located near the Stable & Shop area
- Pond Use: Limit of 4 fish/day, please use barbless hooks if you plan to “catch & release”.
- Architectural Changes: Any changes/alterations to the exterior of your property must be approved by the Architectural Committee before it can be done. Contact the Architectural Committee Chairman to fill out the necessary paperwork and to get approval.
