This page is created to help you inform your seller and buyer of guidelines and requirements in selling and purchasing property in the Cloud Country Estate subdivision:

Agents representing Sellers

  • Please inform the POA and Club of a property under contract through this website contact form.
  • Please check with your seller/owner and ask them to provide a formal letter from the POA and Club Treasurers verifying no outstanding balances or owed, or liens filed on their property. Requests for this letter may be made through the contact page on this website.

Agents representing Buyers

  • Please inform your prospective buyer of this and ask for a formal letter from the owner/buyer from the POA and Club Treasurers verifying no outstanding balances or owed, or liens filed on their property.
  • Please provide them this website for reference, and to review the Prospective Buyers section that includes all governance, fees, requirements, etc.
  • Inform your client that all dues are to be paid on time.
  • Club membership is required  for all CCE property owners, regardless of whether amenities are used. There will be a $100 one-time assessment to be paid to the Cloud Country Club once the purchase of the property is complete.
  • Please inform the POA and Club of a property under contract through this website contact form.
  • Upon closing, please send to the POA and Club the buyers’ name, contact information, CCE property address. Please also ask the buyer and new owner(s) to provide you with a username and password so we may create account(s) for them so they may then be able to access member-only areas of the CCE website, and send that information to us.
