PVT Fiber Optic Project

Good Evening, I wanted to make everyone aware that we will be holding a pre-construction meeting on March 5th at the Mayhill PVT office. You were recommended to help us spread the word. We anticipate starting the fiber optic project in Cloud County Estates on March 11th.  After a meeting with the engineers and contractors, around 11:00, we would like to invite any of the Cloud Country Estates residents to our office to meet and visit with the contractors, engineering consultants and PVT staff. We will have some light refreshments. Please let me know if you are able to let other residents aware or if there is a better way to make the residents aware of the opportunity to visit with everyone prior to the project.
