PVT Fiber Optic Project

Good Evening, I wanted to make everyone aware that we will be holding a pre-construction meeting on March 5th at the Mayhill PVT office. You were recommended to help us spread the word. We anticipate starting the fiber optic project in Cloud County Estates on March 11th.  After a meeting with the engineers and contractors, around 11:00, we would like to invite any of the Cloud Country Estates residents to our office to meet and visit with the contractors, engineering consultants and PVT staff. We will have some light refreshments. Please let me know if you are able to let other residents aware or if there is a better way to make the residents aware of the opportunity to visit with everyone prior to the project. 2022: Notification to Owners of Monitoring Not Completed as Required

We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. During 2021 we did not monitor or test for disinfection byproducts (Total Trihalomethanes and Haloacetic Acids).

What should you do? There is nothing you need to do. You do not need to boil your water or take other corrective actions. You may continue to drink the water. If a situation arises where the water is no longer safe to drink, you will be notified within 24 hours.

What happened and what is being done? We anticipate resolving the problem by September 2022
